To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and pouches.
You must contact us at info@seagypsyjewelry.com to receive return approval before sending your item back.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked or registered postal service to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund (excluding shipping fees) within 10 business days and send a confirmation email.
