Order Processing

Sea Gypsy will process all orders within two days of receiving full payment for your purchase. Please note that our office hours are Monday to Friday. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will contact you immediately to inform you.

A signature may be required on delivery. Please be mindful of this when completing your shipping address. We suggest using the address that you are most likely to be at during business hours. Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Box address.

Delivery times vary according to location. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order.

Customs + Import Taxes

All customs duty and import taxes (if required) is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. 

Returns + Refund Policy

Sea Gypsy wants to be sure you are happy with all your purchases from our store. Please be mindful that many pieces in our collection are unique and handcrafted, hence they may vary slightly in appearance. If you are unhappy for any reason at all, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days from the date you receive your items. All items should be returned unworn, in original condition and with all respective tags and packaging / pouches enclosed. 

Prior to returning your order, you will be required to email us on for approval.

Sea Gypsy reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet our return policy. 

The return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a registered or tracking method for safe delivery. Sea Gypsy will not be held responsible for the loss of a returned item and the original payment of shipping will not be returned. We will process your refund, excluding original shipping costs, within 10 business days of the package arriving at our studio followed by a confirmation email. 

Returns + Refund Policy for Sale Items

We are strictly unable to provide refunds on sale items. We understand that there are times where the wrong size is purchased or a customer has a change of heart. In those situations, items can be returned for a store credit or exchanged for a different size but no refund will be issued. Faulty items are the only exception to this policy.
